Carrot Kosumalli
carrot – 100g, green chillies – 1, grated coconut – 2 tsp, lime – 1/2. chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp.salt – 1/4 tsp.
Grate carrot finely. Add finely chopped green chillies, coconut salt.Splatter mustard seeds,add 1/2 tsp urud dal, and 1/2 tsp moong dal and roast until red.Add this to carrot.Squeeze a lime,add coriander leaves and mix well. Splatter with mustard seeds. Serve immediately or store in refrigetator.
