Lemon Rice
Rice 1-cup, Lemon (small)-1, Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp, Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Season mustard, urud, dal, cashew, currry leaves in vegetable oil. once they turned to golden color add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Add rice and lemon juice by keeping the flame low and mix all the ingredients well. Spread fresh green coriander leaves over the rice to garnish.
