Cluster beans – 1 kg, salt – 2 tsp, sour curd – 4 tsp. Pick the cluster beans separately and spread the salt over it. Steam them in a cooker and remove. Add the curd and keep it for 10 min.Then dry in hot sun until they become very crisp.
