gram dal – 2 tsp, whole red peppers – 4, asafoetida-1/4 tsp.
Roast the above in a little oil.Roast a cup a fresh curry leaves until it becomes crisp. Add a pinch of tamarind, 1/4 tsp salt to these and grind.
