Daangur Pachidi
curd – 1 cup, salt – 1/4 tsp, cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp, mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp, raw urud powder(grind raw urud dal in a blender without roasting) – 1 tsp
Mix urud powder in the curd uniformly.The urud powder should not remain as thick lumps inside the curd. Add salt. Splatter with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.Add 1 green chillie(cut lengthwise)
