healthy salad
Ingredients: chopped carrots- 1 cup, boiled chickpeas- 1/2 cup, chopped olives- fistful, chopped cucumber- 1/2 cup, chopped tomato- 1/2 cup, chopped cabbage- 1/2 cup
Method: mix all above ingredients with lemon juice,pepper powder, chopped ginger and salt. serve chilled.Recipe from rohini gowtham.
