Mixture
Mix Omappodi – 250 g and Boondi – 250 g. Fry 150g peanuts, 50g aval, 1/4 cup copra bits, in oil until they begin to smell and add it to boondi-omappodi mixture.Fry 6 red whole peppers in a little oil and powder it.coarsely and add it to the mixture. Add 2 tsp ghee and mix all the items well. Store in air-tight containers.
