Okra curry
Okra (ladies finger) – 1/2 kg, salt – 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder – 1 tsp, oil – 5 tsp.
Cut okra into cubical pieces.And dry it on a sheet of newspaper for 5 minutes.Heat a little oil in a fry pan, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds.Add 1/2 tsp urud dal,and add the cut okra,salt, red chilli powder and fry until it is roasted evenly. In the end, add a tsp of kari masala powder


add a little of grated coconut to this. It adds to the taste.
