PARNDU PAYASA
Ingredients
PLANTAINS………10
COCONUT………..1
JAGGERY………..200 gm
SESAME SEEDS(ELLU)2 spoons
GHEE…………..1 spoon
Prepare coconut milk by grinding the coconut flower nicely.Dissolve the jaggery completely in it.Cut the plantains in to small pieces and then put in it.Add dry fried sesame seeds (ellu). Take two or three thin rings of coconut and cut in to small pieces of tooth size, fry it in ghee and add to the payasam for taste.

Oh! This is very nice. We have already done twice for two occasions. If it is taken with avval ( beaten rice ) it will be better.
