INGREDINTS REQUIRED
BOILED RICE……….1 TUMBLER
RAW RICE………….1 TUMBLER
COCONUT…………..ONE AND HALF
JAGGERY…………..200gms
SALT
PLANTAIN LEAVES……10 OF 20×20 cm
Soak the boiled and raw rice for 4 hrs and grind them together with half coconut flower and a pinch of salt to a thick paste. Take a small
quantity and place it on the leaf.Spread it all over the leaf by pressing with fingers to have a thin layer. Spread jaggery mixed with coconut flower to cover half the portion only Fold the leaf and place it on a hot pan. Turn it over untill both sides of the leaf becomes black. Peel the leaf out and serve.

This is very good. My children liked it very much because of the jaggery mixed with coconut flower in it which is very tasty.
This is altogether different from other items as I used to visit this site very frequently. I tried most of them. This is really good.
