Pesarattu
Moong dal- 1/2 Kg, ginger- 1 small piece, green chillies- 15, onions- 4
Grind Moong Dhal with some salt in a blender (with adding water in steps) into a bit coarse flour. Cut Ginger,Green chillies and Onions into very small pieces. Heat the pan and spread a drop of oil on it.When the pan is fully heated, take some flour and spread it on the pan into a round shape. Turn it over and spread the finely choped pieces of Garlic,chillies and onions all over it. When both sides are cooked well, turn it on to a plate. No side dish is necessary. It would be nice if you could say for how long I need to soak the moong dal and grind it in to a paste.
