take semia and fry it with out oil for one minute..boil the semia with water.take sugar(sugar:semia=1:1) in another bowl and made it in to sugar syrup.add the boiled semia in to sugar syrup,mix it until it becomes tight by pouring ghee.
add fried dry fruits and serve hot.
