Suyyam RECIPES Posted on February 12, 2012 by geetha.k00February 12, 2012 Make the poornam as for Poli. Soak rice and urud dal in the ratio 2:1 for 2 hrs. Then grind into a very nice paste. Make even balls with poornam and roll it on this paste and deep fry in boiling oil.
