Gram Dal Koottu
Vegetables – beans, cabbage, brinjal, plaintain flower, pumpkin. – 1/4 kg, gram dal – 50g, grated coconut – 6 tsp
Cut any of the vegetables into small pieces, add gram dal, grated coconut, 1/2 spoon Sambar powder, 1/2 tsp salt and steam it in pressure cooker.
Add 1/2 cup water and heat it for a little while until it mixes uniformly. Add splattered mustard seeds and urud dal.áAdd curry leaves.
