Boil tomatoes whole, peel and cool. Grind into a liquid. Melt the sugar in a vessel until when a laddle if this syrup is dropped, a thread like formation is obtained.To this add tomato paste and stiruntil it becomes a thick sauce.Store in air tight bottles and refrigerate.
