Cow Gram Sweet Sundal
cowgram – 1/4 kg, coconut 10 tsp, jaggery 10 tsp, salt very little
soak cowgram overnight. next day rinse it and cook by adding water.It should become soft and retain its shape. Do not allow it to mash.Drain and then add salt, coconut, jaggery. Add spluttered mustard and asfoetida. add curry leaves.
