Salt Kanji
Bring 3 cups of water(or milk) and bring to boil. When bubbles start to appear add 5 tsp of Kanji powder and stir until the powder is fully cooked and mixes uniformly to form a thick liquid. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 3/4 cup buttermilk.
