Nelli Mulli Pachidi
gooseberry – 1/2 cup, grated coconut – 2 tsp, green chillie – 1, swalt – 1/4 tsp, curd – 1 cup, oil – 1 tsp, mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp Grind gooseberryvathal, grated coconut, chillie, salt in a mixie and add it to the curd. Mix well.Add splattered mustard seeds and fresh coriander leaves. You may add ridge gord or snake gourd to the pachidi. Chop finely, fry slightly in oil and add them to the pachidi.
