Instant curd aval
Rice flakes – 1 cup, salt to taste. curd- 1 1/2 cup
Wash the aval and drain the water. If aval is hard Keep aside for 15-20 minutes. If the aval is soft keep aside for 2 – 5 minutes.Add curd, salt and mix well.In a small pan in 1 tsp ghee, add mustard seeds asafoetida and chopped green chillies. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. We can add grated carrots if preferred
