Rawa Kesari
Take 3 tsp ghee in a fry pan and roast 10 cashews and 10 raisins.When the aroma appears, add 3 cups water, 1 up sugar and a pinch of saffron and bring it to boil. When it boils, add 1 cup rawa and stir well .Add cardomom powder. Add fruit essence(if preferred). Cook until it becomes paste

Before adding rawa to the boiling water, fry it with ghee for a couple of minutes. This will increase the taste of the kesari.
instead of using water boil the rawa with milk or cocunt milk the taste will be nice
You can use orange juice instead of water.

smashed banana can also be added to enhance the taste
When frying the cashew nuts and raisins add some vermicilli it gives good texture to the kesari
after u fry the cashewin ghee fry rawa, in ghee and add water and see its cooked well then add sugar, one rawa and two sugar. then add ghee , its more tastier, and rawa is well cooked than in sugar syrup. try and see. and enjoy
