Spicy potato roast
Very small potatoes-1 kg, red chillie powder – 1 1/2 tsp, salt – 1 1/2 tsp, .Boil the potatoes whole in a pressure cooker and peel. Add salt, red chillie powder and mix lightly and leave for5 minutes. Heat oil in a fry pan, add 1 tsp mustard seeds.when it pops, add 1 tsp urud dal and add the peeled whole potatoes(DonÆt mash).Fry for a little while(Do not cut the potatoes when frying).Add 1 small chopped tomato, 1 small chopped onion(if preferable) and a bunch of curry leaves, coriander leaves and fry evenly until it is fully roasted.In the end add a tsp of Kari masala powder.


You can add ginger garlic paste and little lemon. It will taste too good. I tried it.
along with chilly powder dhaniya powder&jeera powder can be added
very tasty..
