  1. ->Instead of adding Red Chilli powder,the green chillies can be increased.
    ->Also Turmeric powder can be added incase you do not prefer to have it in white color

  2. u can add little bit of ginger-garlic paste while frying the vegetables.it gives a very good flavour to the recipe.

  3. Rawa can be added directly after the vegetables are cooked and if hot water is added it will not form lumps. We need not keep stirring just reduce the flame to sim and cover it with a plate after 3 minutes the kichidi will be ready.
